AI estimating and CRM platform
A single workspace that connects estimating, CRM, and project delivery, with AI scoring bids and pulling action items straight out of preconstruction meetings.
The problem
Estimating lived in spreadsheets, the pipeline lived in inboxes, and delivery lived somewhere else entirely. Bids, relationships, and the jobs they turned into were never in the same place, so the team rebuilt context every time a project moved from estimate to award to execution — and the signals that predicted which bids were worth chasing were buried in email threads no one had time to read.
What we built
- Win-probability prediction that scores each bid against the firm's own history of what it actually wins
- AI relationship scoring that surfaces which client and partner accounts deserve attention before a bid goes out
- Automatic action-item extraction that reads preconstruction meeting notes and turns them into tracked tasks
- A unified estimating-to-CRM-to-delivery workspace where a bid carries its full context from first estimate through handoff
Approach and role
We owned the whole system end to end — data model, backend, AI integration, and the interface the team works in every day. Rather than bolt a chatbot onto existing tools, we embedded Claude where it creates leverage: scoring, prediction, and extraction running quietly inside the workflow the estimators and project managers already follow. We wired sign-in to the firm's existing Google and Microsoft accounts so adoption didn't require a new password or a new habit.
Outcome
Estimating, sales, and delivery now run on one platform instead of three disconnected systems, with AI doing the reading and scoring that used to depend on whoever happened to remember the details. It is the clearest example of how we put LLMs to work inside the tools a business already runs on.
