rexus.studio does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

The contact form sends us what you type: your name, email, business name and message, and, if you ask about a website, your trade and your Google listing or city. It reaches our inbox as an email, sent through the email service Resend. We use it only to reply to you and to do the work you ask for.

We keep these emails for as long as we are talking or working together, and for our business records after that. Ask us and we will delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.

When we build a sample website for a business, we use details the business has made public on Google: its name, phone number, service area, rating and number of reviews, and a business email address published on its own pages.

On the sample sites and the demo, we may get a notification when someone opens the site or tries the yard preview. It tells us which sample site was opened and the visitor’s approximate location and browser, as reported by our hosting provider. We do not store these notifications in a database, and we do not use them to track anyone across other websites.

If you use “See it in your yard”, your photo is made smaller in your browser and sent to Google’s Gemini service, which adds the fence and sends the picture back. We do not store your photo. Google processes it under its own terms for this service. To stop misuse, the number of previews per visitor is limited for the day, which briefly keeps your IP address in memory.

We may email a business once, with up to two short follow-ups, to show the sample site we built for it. Every email says how to opt out: reply “no thanks” and we will not email again. We keep a simple record of which businesses we contacted, so we don’t contact them twice.

Only the services we need to run the studio: Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending the contact form to us), our email provider, Google (the yard preview and the public listing details), Google Sheets (our list of contacted businesses) and ntfy (visit notifications). We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to contact you again. Write to hello@rexus.studio and we will reply within a couple of business days. If you think we have handled your information badly, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live; in Serbia that is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
